Training and Instruction

To help you get the most out of Vivid Reports^TM we offer online training sessions or can make arrangements to travel to your workplace to conduct more personalized training. We offer basic and advanced levels of training for reporting and budgeting. Training is performed using your own information.

Basic Report Creation

Learn to get started with Vivid Reports. Covers how to create your financial reports, update your financial information, drill-down and other analysis features, set up users and permissions.

Advanced Reporting

Covers additional modules such as Lead Sheets, Automation, Multiple Companies, and Currency Conversion. Learn how to create nested reports, advanced input / output options to create various report types and dashboards / KPIs.

Basic Budgeting Setup

Learn how to create budget templates. Covers how to configure your reports to capture budget information, using budget formulas, and the budget distributor.

Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting

Covers forecast and budget loading, template automation, budget account creation, and using multiple template layers and schedules to capture information at different levels.

Report and Budget Template Development

Our staff are experts in Microsoft Excel®, financial accounting, database administration, and software development. We can create new reports or design budget templates for your specific need. We can also convert your existing reports from other systems such as FRx.

Ongoing Support

We will support and answer any questions that you may have so that you can realize the full potential of Vivid Reports. We offer support over the phone, through e-mail, or via remote assistance software.
